Rainy and slow weekend. We have confirmed where the bees will go; pictured below. Behind the chicken coop and berries. The hive boxes are here and we have to get the frames up and built before the bees arrive in March. Should be a good spot. Far enough from the house, but not too far to keep an eye on them.
No calves, no lambs and not many eggs with the hens stil molting. Poor hens look like something from a horror film with the patches of missing feathers.
We did get the rest of the hats recently. Another Christmas gift that have our farm logo and colors.
Lorin and I have been around agriculture our whole lives. We're happy to be part of the family farm.
